Information submitted
SGVTurf receives the fields you choose to submit in a homeowner brief, contractor application, or contact form. It may also receive source information such as UTM campaign fields and common advertising click identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to respond, organize a project brief or application, operate and measure the funnel, prevent spam, and improve the resource. Homeowner project information is shared with a limited number of potentially relevant independent contractors only when the homeowner gives the consent disclosed beside the form.
Independent recipients
Independent contractors control information they receive under their own practices. SGVTurf does not guarantee their availability, licensing, pricing, suitability, workmanship, or handling of a later direct relationship.
Data minimization and delivery
Forms request only information needed for the stated flow. Submitted personal information is not included in analytics events. If the configured delivery service does not confirm receipt, SGVTurf does not show a success state. Do not submit sensitive financial, identity, or payment information.
